Mint Program

IMPORTANT: Call Bill Ruff at 503.221.1121 to verify quantity prior to picking up or expecting shipment!! If faxing quantity to Bill at 503.221.2077, expect fax verification from Bill.

The Portland Lloyd Club has taken over the sale and distribution of the mints from the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation.

The procedure will be changed a little. Here is how it will work: We ask that you FAX your order instead of calling it in. FAX NUMBER: 503.224.4249; A COPY OF THE FAX to Bill Ruff @ 503.221.2077.

The order form has the price per case and shipping charges per case.

Be sure to fill in:

1) YOUR CLUB NAME

2) IF YOU WILL B PICKING UP ORDER

3) DATE YOU WILL BE MAKING THE PICK UP

The attendant at U Store Self-Store will not release the mints without payment so bring a check made payable to Lloyd Lions Club.

The mints are stored at U Store Self-Store, 2860 NW 29th, Portland, OR 97210 Attn: Manager

Driving instructions: From Interstate 405 take the exit to Hwy 30 west towards St. Helens.

Take the Nicolai exit. You will now be heading west on Yeon Street. At the 3rd stop light (29th) turn left (south) and travel about two blocks. The U Store Self-Store will be on your left. Go to the office and ask for Garrett, he will have your order.
